Welcome!
I'm Mitch House, owner of Everglades Rides. My family has been in this area for about 150 years . We originally settled on the Flamingo Islands, now the Everglades National Park Eastern gateway. We now reside in Everglades City.
I personally have been in the industry since I was knee-high to a bullfrog. 
I ended up following in the footsteps of my great grandfather, Barrel Head House, who had one of the first commercial airboats used as a fishing guide in the Flamingo and Florida Bay areas.
I've been involved in the tourist industry for 18 years here in Everglades City, the last 10 of those in the airboat business.
